I Tried the Brooks Hyperion LD and MD Track Spikes

The Brooks Hyperion LD and MD is a performance track spike designed with new technology featured in their flagship marathon racer. Both are extremely good options with the LD feeling very relaxed and efficient and the MD feeling extremely propulsive. In this video, I give an overview of the both spikes as well as what a day of summer training looks like for a D1 athlete.
