Alright fellow Hobby Joggers. Ive been dreading having to make this post since Im new here. My experience on this app has been awesome so far. Lots of good people and good vibes, also been solid at burning a hole in my wallet lol.

However, now I have to get to my concern. My first purchase from a member of this community was 11 days ago and I have yet to receive it. I have made several other purchases and received them already. I reached out to the individual to see if there was tracking available 3 days ago, still with no response. The individual is a level 7 on the app so one would assume he is legit. I understand there is some inherent risk purchasing items on here from people but are there any steps in place to rectify situations like this?
